Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and items purchased 

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume or postal service issues beyond our control.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. Please check our checkout page for more details.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damages & Issues: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at nakudafatima@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
